COX RESIDENCE AND CARRIAGE HOUSE - 2012 and 2017
Two Winton homes on one lot. The original house was build in the summer of 2012. When baby #2 arrived Spencer needed more storage and am office outside of the busy house. A unique carriage house was designed specifically for the lot.

Element Therapeutics was a major renovation project. The building was gutted to the bare bones with major structural issues addressed before putting the building back together to create a functioning physiotherapy clinic.
Blaeberry Valley Cottage
Custom, rustic design. Insulated concrete form walls and rough saw timber frame truss system make a simple but beautiful Blaeberry weekend get away.
Nicholson House - Summer 2014
The Nicholson house was a Winton Homes Package. The advantages of a winton design and house package showed from day one on this build. Foundation to lockup took less then two months with a unique and functional house as the end result.
